What do some of our Yoga Crew have to say about our sessions?

Penny: Yoga has helped me an incredible amount! It has supported my need to learn to breathe to calm myself. I'm left feeling relaxed at the end of the week. It helps me to let go.

Nadine: I have never tried yoga before and am loving it! I feel like my balance & joint mobility will improve over time.

Denise: I love how you encourage us to do the moves, where and how we are. No matter what it looks like. She is open to changing routines and doing the moves we need!

Nicole: Love your humour! Feels like you don’t take yoga too seriously which makes it more accessible. This doesn’t feel like a space solely for die hard yoga people, and that’s great for me.
