Navigating exercise during pregnancy and then once you have had your baby can feel incredibly overwhelming! Perhaps it’s your first baby or you have other little ones to juggle (man I know what that feels like). Most of the Mamas I work with know the huge benefits of exercise for themselves and their baby. HOWEVER, there are 101 reasons why it falls into the two hard basket.

I have 3 small children, I’ve been through the many ups and downs of exercising during pregnancy and postpartum and believe me, I see you! I know this struggle so well. With this lived experience, 8 years of training Mums pre and postpartum, I cannot wait to support you on this crazy journey!
