Introducing the Health High Studio…

My home studio based in Maungaraki, Lower Hutt is a personable space where you will feel comfortable yet challenged.

One to one coaching is about you. It’s about how I can provide the support, structure and guidance to help you reach your goals. I work with you to make sustainable, realistic and manageable change. My job is to tailor your plan to you, your specific context, your preferences, your lifestyle and what you want to achieve.

In our sessions we will focus on helping you to move with greater confidence, strength and awareness. Depending on your goals we may also shine a lens on nutrition, sleep, mindset and healthy habits. This is one of the key differences between group sessions and one to one, one to one is about a specific plan of action for you and your goals.

My approach is about more than just the training and the physical benefits. It’s about helping you to realise you can achieve whatever you set out to, both in your training and in life. It’s about self belief, confidence and giving you the toolkit to take action outside of our sessions.

Sidenote - If you are looking for a quick fix, a faddy diet, or the latest fitness gimmick, then I am not the trainer for you.

Step 1: Connecting and goal setting

Your one to one sessions are all about you and what you want to achieve. Before your session, I will send out a form to gather some information about you. Then in your first session, we will work together to understand your goals and create a realistic plan that we both feel confident you can action!

Step 2: Take action

Using your plan of action, through our one to one sessions you will take the steps to move towards your goals. Your one to one sessions will be specifically designed for you, so that you get the most out of them.

Step 3: Accountability.

I have systems in place to allow you to check in with me, let me know how you are going with the plan, and ask any questions. We all know what it’s like when you set health and fitness goals. We start off with a hiss and a roar and then life happens.

I am here to help you reflect on the process, identify any obstacles, stay on track, and importantly, celebrate your successes.
