Membership holds
You need to push pause for a short while…
A REMINDER OF THE TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR HOLDING HEALTH HIGH MEMBERSHIPS - PLEASE READ BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR HOLD REQUEST FORM. We are a small business with T & Cs in place to protect the sustainability of what we offer and to keep things fair and consistent for all of our members. If your hold request does not meet the conditions for a hold, it will not be processed.
**2 weeks notice is required to hold a membership and pause payments for the membership; this is regardless of the circumstances for a membership hold request. We set time aside to administer holds once a week - this 2 week notice period gives us time to administer the hold, for it to be processed within Go Team Up, and for the payment to then be paused.
**The shortest amount of time a membership can be placed on hold for is 2 weeks. By 2 weeks we mean 2 weeks worth of sessions. If you plan to miss sessions for less than this time period, there are options for making up sessions at other locations/times and through using the on demand videos in Go Team Up
**The longest time a membership can be placed on hold for is 2 months. At the end of the 2 months, the membership will automatically restart and payments will recommence. If requesting a hold for the maximum period of 2 months, please note your restart date back in your calendar. It is your responsibility to record this date. If the restart date falls within a school holiday, your membership will restart once sessions resume.
**Holds longer than 2 months will be considered in exceptional circumstances such as the client has an overseas trip planned with a clear start and end date and intends on returning once they are back. There is a place to note this on the bottom of the form.
**Holds will not be actioned retrospectively i.e. you will not be refunded for missed sessions after the event.
**If a client decides to cancel their membership whilst the membership is on hold, the membership notice period of 30 days applies i.e. payments will restart for the 30 days.
**What happens once you have completed the form: Once you have completed the form, providing your hold request meets the Terms & Conditions listed above, your hold will be actioned. We will only make contact with you if we have questions or if your hold request falls outside of the parameters of the above Ts & Cs.
